Hugging this character: You're pretty much invariably going to get a negative reaction, but OOCly, it is what it is.
Kissing this character: Unlikelihood aside, same as above.
Flirting with this character: It'd be mind-boggling but you'd be welcome to try; he'd figure anyone who did is messing around and not have heck of a lot of patience for it.
Fighting with this character: By all means!
Injuring this character: Short answer is yes! Anything that'd put him out of commission for a bit, I'd rather have planned ahead of time (and by ahead of time, I mean that so much as half an hour or what have thee's heads-up will do me just fine), but with that in mind, let 'im have it.
Killing this character: Again, if planned - but in a non-permadeath setting, I won't flat-out say no to it!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it.

I'd also like to take the chance to offer this post as an opt-out - The Wolf Among Us isn't exactly the most thematically pleasant canon, with murder, organized crime, prostitution, and sex slavery among other things cropping up in the plot, and Gren is a foulmouthed, temperamental, crazy-confrontational heavy drinker who used to eat people alive. If there's anything about/related to him you'd rather not put up with, or if you'd rather I kept him out of your characters' hair completely, let me know here! Comments are screened!
